This year Jackie Christie has been making the transition from DJ to studio Producer and Remixer.

Madonna's new single which saw release Nov 23 is now #1 on the Billboard Dance Sales chart.  The chart that matters as it is based on sound scan sales. Other remixers include Peter Rauhofer, Tracey Young, and Jason Nevins. With producing partner Shane X, she is already hard at work on original material, for debut album to be released on Motema Music.  The single rumored to feat Lady Bunny will most likely see street time in March just in time for the Winter Music Conference, while the album is expected to be out before the summer.

Since her New York debut alongside DJ/producer Danny Tenaglia, landing her first New York City residency at the famed Limelight, and getting the attention of the MTV network who signed her to do The Grind TV show, she has seen her career grow in the past few years to receive worldwide recognition.

Other Remixes include Yoko Ono's "Open your Box" (Mind Train). DJ Jackie Christie has graced the pages of almost every major U.S. dance music magazine and was the first female DJ on the cover of DJ Times. She continues to generate national and international press exposure in publications such as French Vogue, The New York Times, Paper Magazine, The Village Voice, URB, Vibe, and Time Out.  She is even mentioned in Brett Easton Ellis' book Glamorama.
